Can Can obtained his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of Buckingham back in 2007. In 2007 he started Legal 500 leader law firm in Istanbul, Turkey, he worked in Corporate and Capital Markets department for nearly 3,5 years. While working full time he got Turkish Law Degree Equivalence from Dokuz Eylul University in 2010. He got admitted to Istanbul Bar Association as Attorney-at-law in August 2011. He and his wife Pinar Canko founded CANKO Law Firm in 2012. The firm served as a law firm located in Istanbul with 28 consultant attorney-at-laws. He got qualified as Mediator in 2020 with nearly full score from the Mediation Exam. He also served as International Law and Construction Law Expert in Istanbul Court House.

In the beginning of 2023, he decided to relocate to UK and he passed the SQE in first try and became a Solicitor in England and Wales. He relocated to Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK and co-founded CANKO Legal Consultancy. He is currently supervising complex commercial contracts, employment and commercial matters and leading complex litigations and dispute resolution.

In his 17 years career, he had involved in Turkey's largest Mergers & Acquisition deals amounting more than $15 billion in total (valued in 2010). He is a commercial litigator and expert in contracts, employment, compensation and civil litigation. His solo litigation count exceeds 500 cases. He represented over 126 civil cases in Regional Courts and over 150 cases in Court of Appeal. His total court submission count exceeds 10,000 petitions. He drafted over 1,500 complex commercial contracts. He participated 153 commercial & employment mediation proceedings.

He has extensive sectoral expertise in Construction, Real Estate, Logistic, Technology and Medical Device sectors.

He speaks Turkish and English.
